Payment, refunds & scheduling.
Payment & refunds
All payments are upfront and before we begin. Because time is set aside specifically for you and preparation is done in advance, all payments are final and non-refundable. If you pause, cancel, or don't make use of your sessions, payment can't be refunded or transferred.
Scheduling
If you need to reschedule, please give 24–48 hours' notice and we can move the appointment. Sessions must be used within the period of the package purchased, unless we agree otherwise.
